Hazardous and controlled wastes come in many guises and the full removal and disposal at an appropriate licensed landfill site inclusive of SEPA notifications and paperwork is mandatory for duty of care. In most cases a SEPA pre-notification form is required to alert both the landfill site and the environmental authority that the controlled waste is being disposed off.
