SITE CLEARANCE SERVICES
Site clearance is a very generic term that can be used to explain the actual demolition sequence itself or to describe the removals of fly-tipped materials including abandoned tyre and other types of specialist waste from a green/brown field site. This is, often at the final stage of the demolition contract when the arising concrete is loaded into the crushing plant and recycled into a specific grade of material (usually 6F2) for the capping of the site, filling of voids left by removed basements/foundations or left on site for use by the client. Forth Demolition Ltd has on occasion been asked to carry out site clearance works to help contractors restart construction works after a building firm has gone into liquidation.
